Celebrities aren’t immune tabloid press and Steve Jobs isn’t an exception. Media and Internet News Agencies are just greedy. They just post/publish rubbish, encourage tabloid reports just to profit from increased sales and page views.
The speculation and false reporting about Steve Jobs’ health isn’t new. Every time there is a speculation, Jobs just keeps himself cool, only to present new products at the next official product launch. This time too people expect him to appear at Apple Official product launch sometime in 2011.

Steve jobs for sure has some serious medical problem. He has undergone a liver transplant surgery and chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer.
Pancreatic cancer also infamously described as “silent killer” is a real serious problem ( 5 year survival rate less than 5 %)

This prediction is based on some doctor’s(Physician Dr Samuel Jacobson) visual (?) assessment of Steve Jobs video at one of the product launches on late 2010. There is no official statement from Apple,as a company where job is the CEO, or any official source from Stanford Cancer Center in Palo Alto, California , where he is treated.

Apple shares would fall but according market experts, Steve jobs as a leader,might have inspired quite a sizable number of employees sufficient to carry on Apple’s innovation and the vision of Steve Jobs.
