NEET PG: Supreme court Hearing/ Verdict On November 5

NEET PG 2012, MCI Vs Others case is scheduled for hearing in Supreme court today. The case will decide the total pool of seats to be included in NEET.

Update: There is no change in any previous orders/stay issued by lower courts with regard to Tamil Nadu. No change in conduct of NEET PG. To make things clear, ” Colleges/Universities/States who have announced entrance exams are allowed to conduct exams. But the validity of exam and admission based on the exam will be subject to final Supreme Court verdict on the case”. Next hearing will be on 22nd November.

Earlier Supreme court had adjourned the hearing to November 5 on request made by lawyer representing Christian Medical College(CMC), Vellore.

    • Nobody should appear for the neet pg exam. Thats the only solution to teach a lesson for mci. What will they do? They are insulting all the doctors.
